its been a while that i have blogged... so sorry.. coz i was busy preparing things for my birthday which is on the coming saturday... haha.. so excited now.. haha...

will come and blog as soon as possible.. haha.. has been going to sch for 3 days already.. after 3 weeks of attachment.. which 1 week in kk and 2 weeks in imh... wow!! imh is really a totally different from the general ward... after going to imh... my perception towards those patients who have mental illness have changed.. at least i'm not as scared as the 1st day that i went... some of the patients are actually well educated... and there is different ppl from different countries..

i have learnt quite a lot of things there... able to build TNPR with patients.. for those who dont know wad is TNPR.. TNPR actually stand for therapeutic nurse patient relationship.. which means.. build a good rapport with patients...

working in imh.. u can say is very relaxing... but u also can say it is very tense... how to say ar?? like as in.. if the patients are well behaved... there will be no crisis.. but if the patient went bersak... and there will be crisis... which can be very dangerous.. u wont know when u will get injured... as we are student nurses.. we dont have key and the crisis bell.. so once in the day lounge or the dormitory or wherever we are at.. we will be totally like patients.. no place to go.. imh is totally like in prison.. that is the bad thing for students...

whenever there is a crisis.. it is the best for students to stay away and observe how the staff nurses handle the problem...

i think i'm going to stop here... will try to come and blog asap... really.. haha.. thank you for your understanding.. haha.. cya..
